William T. McLaughlin II

Mr. McLaughlin has over 35 years’ experience serving and protecting the rights of individuals and businesses in civil litigation. He became a board certified civil trial attorney in 2001 and has successfully tried over 50 jury trials to verdict in both state and federal courts. He has received various awards and recognitions for his achievements, and he was voted a California Super Lawyer running by his peers for 15 years straight. Mr. McLaughlin has particular expertise in matters involving insurance law, having taught a law school course on Insurance Law, and he has regularly represented consumers who have been victimized by their insurance companies.
